Order & Delivery

Order Status

After you place your order, we will package and ship your order as soon as possible, usually the same or next day after order confirmation.

If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, we will process your order on the same day. If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact customer support as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

We offer the following types of shipments within Europe:

- UPS Standard

- UPS Express

Shipping Time

We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
So you can expect it to arrive.
Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated date, please contact us to resolve what went wrong.

Unclaimed Parcels

An administration fee of 30 euros will apply to parcels that are automatically returned due to unclaimed or failed delivery.
This covers shipping, return and administration costs.
You can avoid this fee by picking up your package.
We accept returns of orders within 14 days.
